Owlush Terms of Use

Who can use Owlush

Owlush is intended for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and can agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity carried out through your account.

What Owlush provides

Owlush provides tools for rota entry, free-time planning, friend availability, plans, Community conversations, meetups, recommendations and related beta features. Features can evolve as the service improves.

Owlush suggestions are planning assistance, not a guarantee that a venue, journey, event, price, opening time or third-party offer remains available.

Plans, meetups and personal safety

• •Check time, location, travel, cost, accessibility and suitability before attending anything.
• •Use reasonable care when meeting people, particularly for a first meeting. Choose appropriate public places and tell someone you trust when sensible.
• •Do not use Owlush to arrange unlawful, dangerous, deceptive or exploitative activity.
• •Hosts and participants remain responsible for their own conduct and decisions.

Community and user content

You remain responsible for content you post. You grant Owlush the limited permission needed to host, display, transmit and moderate that content to operate the service.

Community activity must follow the Community Guidelines. Owlush can remove content, limit visibility, suspend features or restrict accounts to protect users or the service.

Partners and organisers

• •Partner and organiser information must be accurate and not misleading.
• •Availability, prices, capacity, eligibility and booking terms must be kept accurate where the partner controls them.
• •Approval can be withdrawn for safety, trust, repeated inaccuracy, policy breaches or misuse.

AI rota reading

AI-assisted rota reading is optional. Automated extraction can be wrong. You must review dates and times before saving them. Owlush should never be relied on as the sole source for an employer’s official rota.

Payments and third parties

Where payment or booking features are enabled, additional third-party terms may apply. Third-party venues, booking services, maps and travel services are responsible for their own products and services.

Account restrictions and termination

Owlush may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, serious policy breaches or legal compliance. You can request deletion of your own account at any time through Owlush or the public deletion page.

Availability and liability

Owlush is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Beta or experimental features may be unavailable, interrupted or changed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Owlush is not responsible for losses caused solely by a third-party venue, another user, travel disruption, inaccurate third-party information, or a user ignoring an obvious warning or confirmation step.

Changes

If these terms materially change, Owlush may provide an in-app notice or require renewed acceptance where appropriate. Continued use after an applicable notice means the updated terms apply.
